The price is based on the total square footage of the property. Single and Multi-Family homes are measured to the outside face of exterior walls and condos are measured to the inside face of walls. Payment is due upon delivery of final plan.

Our prices are lower than the competition however the quality of our work is not.  We pay close attention to detail to ensure that everything we do is complete and accurate.  We also understand that time is of the essence and we do our best to meet our clients needs.  In most cases your plan can be linked to MLS the day after it is measured.
