You can call or e-mail us to set up a time to measure the property.  We are currently only available to provide our service to properties in Boston, Brookline and the surrounding areas at this time.

 We will meet you (or the owner) at the property to sketch and measure all of the existingconditions.  To do this, we will need to have access to all rooms of the property.

It takes approximately 30 minutes to accurately measure 1,000 SF of space - slightly longer if the layout is fairly complex.

We then import the information into a CAD program and add room names and dimensions. We will then e-mail you a .PDF file to review.

If there are no room name edits, all you have to do is give us the MLS number and we will link the plan directly to the MLS listing.  From that point, your potential buyers will be able to view, download and print the plan at their convenience directly from the on-line MLS listing.

The PDF can be printed for use in your Open House  Handouts and marketing efforts.
